 Hello and welcome,

 

I am dedicated to showing up and holding space from the heart. My offerings are divinely guided, rooted in wisdom, and authenticity. Whether you're a conscious wanderer or a curious seeker I will meet you where you are as your guide.

A little about me:

 

I was born in Massachusetts, but my life has carried me far from—and back toward—that first place of belonging.

 

I spent many years in Florida, where I married young and freed myself from an abusive marriage that shattered the version of myself I thought I had to be. After leaving, I felt a deep pull to discover who I truly was beyond survival. That call led me to Oregon and New York City—places that nurtured me and helped me grow, break unhealthy cycles and teach me in ways I couldn’t have imagined. I have been empowered through the strength I've uncovered within, the willingness to embrace change, and the hunger to explore new places and new things. ​

 

With my background as a massage therapist, touch has always been my first language—a way of communicating safety, care, and connection without words. Energy has always been something I've been deeply sensitive to.

 

Today, my work is an evolving blend of yoga, meditation, breath-work, energy healing, tarot, ritual, art, and self-love & transformational coaching. Through my gifts and tools I have used in my own journey, I guide others toward a deeper connection with themselves—and beyond.

 

Through every high and low, one constant has been Sophia—my corgi, my grounding force, my “Zen-puppy" and earth angel. She’s been with me through divorce, spiritual unraveling, grief, and rebirth, reminding me every day that healing can be simple, playful, and full of love.

 

My work is an invitation—never a prescription. You are your own source of healing. I am here to walk beside you, offer tools, and hold space for your blossoming. You can book a single or group session, create a full-day immersion, or commit to a month of deeper coaching for self-love and trandformation. The experience is yours to shape. I simply serve as your guide on the path you choose.
