This class will honor the balance of the Autumn equinox. We will ground into the changing season and create space for release and renewal. Warm spiced herbal tea will be served before and after class to nourish you as we gather in community.

Join us twice a month for a deeply restorative class that blends sound healing, yoga, and therapeutic touch. Each class begins with a sound healing immersion to help you arrive fully in the present, followed by a gentle flow that transitions into a restorative yoga practice. Guided by music, this is more than a class—it’s a full sensory experience. As a licensed massage therapist, I’ll also be offering short massages and adjustments throughout class to support relaxation and alignment.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in.
