Join us twice a month for a deeply restorative class that blends sound healing, yoga, and therapeutic touch. Each class begins with a sound healing immersion to help you arrive fully in the present, followed by a gentle flow that transitions into a restorative yoga practice. Guided by music, this is more than a class—it’s a full sensory experience. As a licensed massage therapist, I’ll also be offering short massages and adjustments throughout class to support relaxation and alignment.

 Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in.

Complimentary hot herbal tea will be available before and after class,perfectly warming and nourishing in the cooler months.

What to bring: Please bring your yoga mat, bolster and any props you enjoy (blanket, bolster, or blocks). A limited number of extra props will be available on a first come basis.
